(2) We sometimes use external service providers to process your data. These providers are carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions, and are regularly monitored.

(1) If you have given consent for the processing of your data, you can revoke it at any time. Such a revocation affects the legality of the processing of your personal data after you have communicated it to us.
(2) If we base the processing of your personal data on a balancing of interests, you can object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is not necessary, in particular, for the fulfillment of a contract with you, which we explain in the following descriptions of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the case of your justified objection, we will review the situation and either stop or adjust the data processing, or we will demonstrate our compelling legitimate grounds for continuing the processing.

§ 6 Newsletter / Mailings
(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter or mailing, through which we will continuously inform you about our services and programs.

In addition, we store the IP addresses used and the time of registration and confirmation, in order to provide proof of your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any potential misuse of your personal data.
(3) The only mandatory information required for sending the newsletter/mailing is your email address and first name. Providing additional, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we will store your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter/mailing. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a of the GDPR.
(4) You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from it. You can revoke your consent by clicking the link provided in every newsletter email, by sending an email to info@vidify.me, or by sending a message to the contact details provided in the imprint.
§ 7 Use of Google Adwords Conversion
(1) We use the Google AdWords service to draw attention to our services on external websites through advertisements (so-called Google AdWords). In relation to the data from the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. Our aim is to show you advertisements that are of interest to you, to make our website more engaging for you, and to ensure a fair calculation of advertising costs.
(2) These advertisements are delivered by Google via so-called "AdServers." We use Ad Server cookies for this purpose, which allow certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users, to be measured. If you arrive at our website via a Google ad, a cookie will be stored on your PC by Google AdWords. These cookies typically expire after 30 days and are not intended to personally identify you. The analysis values typically stored in this cookie include the unique cookie ID, the number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), the last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), and opt-out information (indicating that the user no longer wishes to be targeted).
(4) Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google's server. We have no influence over the extent and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool, and therefore we inform you according to our knowledge: By integrating AdWords Conversion, Google receives the information that you have accessed the relevant part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google may associate your visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address.
§ 8 Google Remarketing
In addition to Google AdWords Conversion, we use the Google Remarketing application. This is a process that allows us to re-engage with you. Through this application, our ads may be displayed to you during your continued use of the internet after visiting our website. This is done using cookies stored in your browser, which track and analyze your browsing behavior across various websites through Google. This allows Google to recognize your previous visit to our website. According to Google, the data collected through Remarketing is not combined with your personal data that may be stored by Google. In particular, Google states that pseudonymization is used in the Remarketing process.
§ 9 DoubleClick by Google
(1) This website also uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google. DoubleClick uses cookies to display ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent users from seeing the same ads multiple times. Using a cookie ID, Google tracks which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being shown multiple times. In addition, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to track so-called conversions related to ad requests. This occurs, for example, when a user views a DoubleClick ad and later, using the same browser, visits the advertiser’s website and makes a purchase. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information.
(2) Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google’s server. We have no influence over the extent and further use of the data collected by Google through this tool, and therefore we inform you according to our knowledge: By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives information that you have accessed the relevant part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google may associate your visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain and store your IP address.
(3) You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways: a) by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly, in particular by suppressing third-party cookies, which will prevent you from receiving ads from third-party providers; b) by disabling cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com,” https://www.google.de/settings/ads, noting that this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; c) by disabling interest-based ads from providers participating in the self-regulatory campaign “About Ads” via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, noting that this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; d) by permanently disabling cookies in your Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome browsers via the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this service to their full extent.
(4) The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR. For more information on DoubleClick by Google, please visit https://www.google.de/doubleclick and http://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2839090, as well as for general information on Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.
§ 10 Further
(1) Furthermore, our websites use the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” of Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). This allows users of the website to be shown interest-based advertisements (“Facebook ads”) when they visit the Facebook social network or other websites that also use the process. In this way, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you in order to make our offers more interesting for you.
(2) Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Facebook server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our Internet presence or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, it is possible for the provider to find out and store your IP address and other identifying features.
(3) The deactivation of the “Facebook Custom Audiences” function is possible for logged-in users at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_. https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_possible.
(4) The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR. For more information on data processing by Facebook, please visit https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
